【摘要】:ThispartofISO389specifiesthefollowingdataapplicabletothecalibrationofbonevibratorsforpuretonebone-conductionaudiometry.a)Referenceequivalentthresholdforcelevels(RETFLs),correspondingtothethresholdofhearingofyoungotologicallynormalpersonsbybone-conductionaudiometry.RETFListhevibratoryforceleveltransmittedtoamechanicalcouplerofspecifiedcharacteristics(see5.3)byavibratorwhenappliedtothemechanicalcouplerunderstatedconditionsoftestandwhenenergizedatthevoltagelevelcorrespondingtothenormalthresholdofhearingforlocationonthemastoidprominence.NOTE1InterimvaluesforthedifferencesinreferenceequivalentthresholdforcelevelsbetweenlocationontheforeheadandmastoidareincludedforinformationinAnnexC.b)Essentialcharacteristicofthebonevibratorandofitsmethodofcouplingtoapersonundertestandtothemechanicalcoupler.c)Essentialcharacteristicsanddatumlevelofthemaskingnoiseappliedtotheearnotundertest.GuidanceonthepracticalapplicationofthispartofISO389inthecalibrationofaudiometersisgiveninAnnexB.NOTE2Recommendedproceduresforcarryingoutbone-conductionaudiometryarespecifiedinISO8253-1.
