【摘要】:Thehydroxylgroupsareesterifiedbyphthalicanhydrideinpyridinesolution.Theexcessofphthalicanhydrideishydrolyzedwithwatercontaininginthesodiumhydroxidesolutionusedfortheneutralization.Theaciditywhichappearsduringtheesterificationandofthephthalicacidformedduringthehydrolysisisneutralizedbysodiumhydroxidesolutioninthepresenceofphenolphthaleinasindicator.Thehydroxylvalueiscalculatedfromthedifferencebetweenthevolumesofsodiumhydroxidesolutionusedforthetitrationoftheblankandofthetestsolution.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO8662specifiesalaboratorymethodformeasuringvibrationsatthehandlesofwrenches,screwdriversandnutrunnerswithimpact,impulse,rappingorratchetaction.Itisatype-testprocedureforestablishingthevibrationvalueatthehandlesofthepowertoolswhenoperatingonaspecifiedload.ThispartofISO8662mainlycoverspowertoolswith6,3mmto40mm(1/4into11/2in)maleorfemalesquare-driveoutputshafts;otherdrivegeometriesarealsoincluded.One-shottoolsandstall-torque-typeratchetwrenchesareexcludedfromthispartofISO8662.ThepowertoolscoveredbythispartofISO8662maybepneumaticallyorhydraulicallydriven.Itisintendedthattheresultsbeusedtocomparedifferentpowertoolsordifferentmodelsofthesamepowertool.Withtheoperationspecifiedforthepowertools,thevaluesobtainedwillgiveanindicationofthosefoundinrealworksituationswhenthepowertoolandtheheadofthefastenerarewellaligned.
