【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestomeasurementsofelectromagneticfieldsfromoperationaltransmittingequipmenttoensurethatthetransmissionsdonotconstituteapotentialhazardtoworkersortothegeneralpublic.Thepurposeofthisstandardistopromoteacommonunderstandingoftechnicalrequirementsandprecautionsnecessaryfortheaccuratemeasurementofelectromagneticfieldscarriedoutinconjunctionwithrelevantnationalexposureregulations.Thisstandardcoverstransmissionsinthefrequencyrange100kHzto1GHz.NOTE-Possibleextensionofthisfrequencyrangeupto2GHzor3GHzwillbeinvestigated.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifylimitingvaluesforexposureastheseareusuallygiveninexposurestandardsissuedbyresponsiblehealthauthorities.Thisstandardis,therefore,intendedtobeusedinconjunctionwiththerelevantnationalstandardsorregulationsapplicableinthecountryconcerned.Intheabsenceofanynationalrulesrestrictingexposuretoradiofrequencyelectromagneticfields,therecommendationsoftheInternationalNon-IonizingRadiationCommittee(INIRC)maybefollowed.The1988INIRCrecommendationsonexposurelimitsaresummarizedinannexA.
