【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61496specifiesrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofelectro-sensitiveequipment(ESPE)designedspecificallytodetectpersonsaspartofasafety-relatedsystem,employingvision-basedprotectivedevices(VBPDs)forthesensingfunction.Specialattentionisdirectedtofeatureswhichensurethatanappropriatesafety-relatedperformanceisachieved.AnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety–relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegiveninAnnexAofIEC61496-1andthistechnicalreport.Thistechnicalreportdoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationsofthedetectionzoneanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardouspartsforanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachine.ItisrestrictedtothefunctioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachine.?Itislimitedtoautomaticvision-basedESPEsthatdonotrequirehumaninterventionfordetection.?Itislimitedtoautomaticvision-basedESPEsthatdetectobjectsenteringinto,orpresentin,adetectionzone(s).?ExcludedfromthispartareVBPDemployingradiationatwavelengthsoutsidetherange400nmto1500nm.?Thistechnicalreportdoesnotaddressthoseaspectsrequiredforcomplexclassificationordifferentiationoftheobjectdetected.Thistechnicalreportmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexampletheprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrommechanicaldamageinthoseapplications,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexamplewhenthematerialsthataretoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropertiesfromthoseofpersons.ThistechnicalreportdoesnotdealwithEMCemissionrequirements.
