【摘要】:Thistestmethodallowsdirectdeterminationoftheproportionofsomeindividualphasesincementorportland-cementclinker.ThusitprovidesanalternativetotheindirectestimationofphaseproportionusingtheequationsinSpecificationC150(AnnexA1).ThistestmethodassumesthattheoperatorisqualifiedtooperateanX-raydiffractometerandtointerpretX-raydiffractionspectra.Thistestmethodmaybeusedaspartofaqualitycontrolprogramincementmanufacturing.Thistestmethodmaybeusedinpredictingpropertiesandperformanceofhydratedcementandconcretethatareafunctionofphasecomposition.QXRDprovidesabulkanalysis(thatis,theweightedaveragecompositionofseveralgramsofmaterial).Therefore,resultsmaynotagreepreciselywithresultsofmicroscopicalmethods.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdirectdeterminationoftheproportionbymassofindividualphasesinportlandcementorportland-cementclinkerusingquantitativeX-ray(QXRD)analysis.Thefollowingphasesarecoveredbythisstandard:alite(tricalciumsilicate),belite(dicalciumsilicate),aluminate(tricalciumaluminate),ferrite(tetracalciumaluminoferrite),periclase(magnesiumoxide),gypsum(calciumsulfatedihydrate),bassanite(calciumsulfatehemihydrate),anhydrite(calciumsulfate),andcalcite(calciumcarbonate).1.2Thistestmethodspecifiescertaingeneralaspectsoftheanalyticalprocedure,butdoesnotspecifydetailedaspects.Recommendedproceduresaredescribed,butnotspecified.Regardlessoftheprocedureselected,theusershalldemonstratebyanalysisofcertifiedreferencematerials(CRM''s)thattheparticularanalyticalprocedureselectedforthispurposequalifies(thatis,providesacceptableprecisionandbias)(seeNote1).Therecommendedproceduresareonesusedintheround-robinanalysestodeterminetheprecisionlevelsofthistestmethod.Note0AsimilarapproachwasusedintheperformancerequirementsforalternativemethodsforchemicalanalysisinTestMethodsC114.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsshallberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazards,seeSection9.
