【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedtohelpreducerisksassociatedwithleadhazardsinbuildingsbyprovidingstandardizedrequirementsforpreservingrecords,findings,andrecommendationsassociatedwithleadhazardactivities.Thispracticeisintendedforusebyindividualsandorganizationsthatdevelopandhaveneedtopreserveobjectiveevidencewhencontractingfororwhenconductingleadhazardactivitiesthemselves.4.2.1ThispracticeisintendedtoassistincomplyingwithmanagementsystemrequirementsforrecordkeepingasdefinedinPracticeE1864,aswellasrecordkeepingregulatoryrequirementspromulgatedbyauthoritieshavingjurisdictionregardingconductofleadhazardactivities.1.1Thispracticedescribesrequirementsforpreservationofrecordsgeneratedduringleadhazardactivities.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
