【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesasmall-scalelaboratoryscreeningprocedureforcomparingtherelativeburningbehaviourofverticallyorientedthinandrelativelyflexibleplasticsspecimensexposedtoalow-energy-levelflameignitionsource.ThesespecimenscannotbetestedusingmethodBofISO1210sincetheydistortorshrinkawayfromtheappliedflamesourcewithoutigniting.2Thismethodoftestdeterminestheafterflameandafterglowtimesofspecimens.3TheclassificationsystemdescribedinannexAisintendedforqualitycontrolandthepreselectionofcomponentmaterialsforproducts.Theclassificationestablishedbythismethodoftestisapplicableonlytothematerialusedforthespecimens.NOTE1-Testresultsareinfluencedbymaterialcomponents,e.g.pigments,fillers,fire-retardantconcentrations.
