【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesareferencesetofprocessconditionsandrelatedtestconditionstobeusedwhencompilingcomponentspecifications.TheobjectiveisthatSMDsofdifferentnatures(passive,active),conformingtothisstandardandtotheappropriatecomponentstandard,canbeassembledandmountedonasubstratebytheuseofacommonsolderingprocess.Tothisend,thecomponentsshouldbeclassifiedaccordingtotheseveritiesoftheprocessforwhichtheyaredesigned.ThisstandardappliestoallelectroniccomponentscoveredbytheIECsystemwhichrequireanassessmentwithrespecttotheirapplicationtosurfacemounting.
