【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswiththesafetyofswitchmodepowersupplyunitsandtransformersforswitchmodepowersupplyunits.Transformersincorporatingelectroniccircuitsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTE1Safetyincludeselectrical,thermalandmechanicalaspects.Thispartappliesto:a)switchmodepowersupplyunitsincorporatingsafetyisolatingtransformersprovidingSELV,PELVorFELVa.c.ord.c.outputvoltage(s),oracombinationthereofaccordingtoIEC61140andIEC60364-4-41forusewithhouseholdandotherconsumerproducts,exceptforproductscoveredbyIEC60065,IEC61347series,IEC61204-7andIEC60950-1;b)switchmodepowersupplyunitswithamaximumoutputvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.or1414Vripple-freed.c.forusewithhouseholdandotherconsumerproducts,exceptforproductscoveredina)andproductscoveredbyIEC60065,IEC61347series,IEC61204-7andIEC60950-1;c)thisstandardmaybeusedfortransformersforuseinswitchmodepowersupplyunits(seeAnnexBB).Thispartcoversthesafetyrequirementsfor:?separatingSMPSforgeneralusecorrespondingtoPart2-1;?isolatingSMPSforgeneralusecorrespondingtoPart2-4;?safetyisolatingSMPSforgeneralusecorrespondingtoPart2-6;?auto-SMPSforgeneralusecorrespondingtoPart2-13.ForSMPSforspecificapplicationcorrespondingtotheotherParts2of61558series,thenecessaryrequirementsoftherelevantParts2areapplicable.Inaddition,therequirementslistedinthispartapply.Wherethetworequirementsareinconflict,themostseveretakeprecedence.NOTE2Asthemaximumratedsupplyvoltageoftheinternaltransformeris1000V,themaximumratedsupplyvoltageoftheswitchmodepowersupplymaybelowerduetotypeofrectification.Switchmodepowersupplyunitscoveredbythisstandardareaircooled(naturalorforced)independent,associated,stationary,portable,single-phase,orpolyphase,withtheratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1100Va.c.,theratedsupplyfrequencynotexceeding500Hz,theratedinternaloperatingfrequencyexceeding500Hz,butnotexceeding100MHz,andtheratedoutputnotexceeding1kVAor1kW,incorporatingdry-typetransformerswithencapsulatedornon-encapsulatedwindings.AssociatedtransformersforswitchmodepowersupplyunitscoveredbyAnnexBBofthisstandardshallhavearatedoutputnotexceeding:–25kVAforsingle-phasetransformers;–40kVAforpolyphasetransformers.NOTE3Forhigherfrequencies,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.However,thisstandardmaybeusedasaguide.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltageofswitchmodepowersupplyunitsshallnotexceed:–1000Va.c.or1415Vripple-freed.c.whenseparatingtransformersorautotransformersareused;–500Va.c.or708Vripple-freed.c.whenisolatingtransformersareused;–50Va.c.or120Vripple-freed.c.whensafetyisolatingtransformersareused.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltageofindependentswitchmodepowersupplyunitsshallnotbelessthan:–50Va.c.or120Vripple-freed.c.whenseparatingtransformersorautotransformersareused.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoswitchmodepowersupplyunits,convertersandinverterswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutput.However,suchswitchmodepowersupplyunitsareforspecialapplicationsandaresubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.
