【摘要】:Nonvolatilecontentofprintinginksisusefulforspecificationacceptancebetweentheproducerandtheuser.Inordertoobtainaccurateresultsforheatsetsystemswithinthespecified3-hheatingtime,thespecimenfilmthicknessmustbelessthan100g/m2,andtheovenmusthaveforcedventilation.Thicknessofthespecimenfilmislesscriticalforliquidinksystems.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofweightcontentofnonvolatilematterintwotypesofprintinginks.1.2TestMethodAisapplicabletoheatset-typeprintinginksandresinsolutions;solventsinsuchsystemstypicallyhaveinitialboilingpointsintherangefrom240to275176;C(470to535176;F)andvaporpressureslessthan0.2mmHg.1.3TestMethodBisapplicabletoliquid-typeprintinginksandvehiclesbasedonaqueousororganicsolventsthatevaporatereadilyatordinaryroomtemperatures.Note1TestMethodA(forheatsetsystems)specifiesaspecimenfilmthicknessthatismuchthinnerthanthoseproducedbyrelatedtestmethods;oneexceptionisTestMethodBinTestMethodsD1259,whichisrecommendedasarefereetest.Note2TestMethodB(forliquidinksystems)issimilartoTestMethodD2369exceptthatasolventisnotrequiredforspreadingthetestspecimen.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
