JB/T 3206-1999 本标准是对 JB 4216-86《防锈油膜抗热流失性 试验方法》的修订，修订时仅按有关规定作了编辑性修改，主要技术内容没有变化。 本标准适用于防锈油脂的油膜在指定温度下保温一定时间后，根据油膜的变化情况，判断其抗热流失性能，它的使用范围包括防锈脂类和溶剂稀释型硬膜和半软膜型防锈油类油膜的抗热流失性能的测试。
