【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthepercentweightlossofcuredsolventlesselectricalvarnisheswhenexposedtoelevatedtemperaturesforprescribedperiodsoftime.Resultsofthistestmethodarebasedon6-mm(1/4-in.)thickspecimensandwillnotbeapplicabletospecimensappreciablythinnerorthickerthan6mm.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-ThisstandardresemblesIEC60216-2"Guideforthedeterminationofthermalendurancepropertiesofelectricalinsulatingmaterials.Part2:Choiceoftestcriteria"inanumberofways,butisnotconsistentlysimilarthroughout.Thedataobtainedusingeitherstandardwillpossiblybetechnicallyequivalent.
